State Bank of India, in a move to enhance customer relationship, opened its latest branch and Retail Assets and Small and Medium Enterprises Centre (RASMAC) at Aluva Metro Station on 27th June, 2019.
RASMAC, a specialised loan processing, sanctioning and maintenance hub that deals with personal and SME loans, has enabled the bank to deliver better customer service along with the convenience of having multiple functions under a single roof. This will become the centre which caters to the needs of 47 branches around the Aluva region. The PBB Aluva Branch will now function as Aluva Metro Station Branch.
S Venkataraman, Chief General Manager of SBI Thiruvananthapuram Circle along with APM Mohammed Hanish IAS, MD KMRL and Arvind Gupta, General Manager, SBI inaugurated both the branch and RASMAC. Sajith Kumar S, Regional Manager, Mary Sagaya Dhanapal, Deputy General Manager and Smitha S Nair, Assistant General Manager attended the event along with senior officials of KMRL.
The new branch comes with bigger parking facility and improved connectivity to better fulfil the needs of customers in and around Aluva region. There has been a rise in the number of clients joining hands with KMRL. This is indeed a matter of pride for the rail authority. Through this launch, SBI has indeed widened its accessibility and reach.
